Judge Marcia Silva Presents Program on UIFSA at NJSBA Mid Year Meeting in Puerto Rico

Marcia presented and led a discussion on the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act to a group of distinguished judges and attorneys during the Hasta La Vista, Bebe! Family Law Issues in New Jersey and Puerto Rico Program. This program is part of the New State Bar Association’s Mid-Year Meeting which was held November 7-10 in San Juan, Puerto Rico at the Condado Vanderbilt Hotel. The panel that was held on November 7, 2019.
